Construction of a new multi-use business park.

NMC constructed all three phases of the very successful Spearhead Business Park in Montague Gardens which comprises multi-purpose business units. These featured concrete mezzanine floors internally and were sold as sectional title units. The project included the construction of a 600m² double storey office block comprising 100m² units.
