Alterations to existing office block and construction of a new office wing.

The project entailed alterations to the existing occupied office block and addition of a new 4 storey building. It further required NMC to link the existing and new buildings with a structural steel section over parts of the existing building. The project was completed within a very stringent time frame, and required minimal disruption to the daily operations of this international tobacco group.
