Refurbishment of existing facility into retail and office space.

The client commissioned NMC, who built the original structure in the early 1990’s to convert the existing first and second floor factory space into upmarket office units with breathtaking views over Table Mountain. The interior and exterior features of the building were modernised by replacing existing windows with 7,2m high x 3,8m wide windows, creating a new entrance lobby with wrap around staircase all with ‘A’ grade finishes.
