Conversion of existing Head office Ground floor to create a new Retail area.

This project entailed the conversion of the Old Mutual Head Office’s ground floor into a trendy retail area, with upmarket offices and a dedicated banking hall. The retail area comprises line shops on either side of an open shopping high street covered with glazed roofing and extensive landscaping, with a Spar mini market as key tenant. The building’s main entrance was modernised with extensive use of flush glazing systems.
