This new purpose-built workshop was designed to suit the requirements of the tenant, Bell Equipment. The facility comprises of a double storey office block of 730m², a parts warehouse of 460m² and a 760m² workshop with an overhead traveling crane.

The exterior façade is of plaster and paint as per the Airport City design guidelines. The external works include a concrete paved yard and the construction of a separate wash bay and spray booth.
