Construction of New Retail Centre

The Sunningdale Life Style Centre provides a one-stop facility for the DIY shopper. Builders Warehouse is the anchor tenant and with its ample parking, contractor’s yards, the centre provides a nursery and walkways to neighbouring line shops. The problem of soft sand during construction on site, on which the superstructure had to be constructed, was overcome with the use of teleporters with telescopic booms to transport materials from the access roads onto the building platform.
