Construction of a new distribution warehouse with offices.

The design of the new 31,000m² Massmart Distribution Facility was developed around the tenant’s needs. The warehouse has a 1,126m² mezzanine slab divided into four office blocks housing the group’s respective wholesale brands; Makro, Shield, Game, Dions and C.C.W.
The exterior façade is of calcica facebrick with a 0,5mm CIS white roof with a 14,5m internal height at apex. The facility makes provision for 19 docklevelers, a gatehouse and battery bay.
