The warehouse facility is similar in concept to the recently completed Phumelela Park development and comprises general industrial units customised to tenant requirements. The 22,350m² warehouse provides for 2,400m² office space and external works to the extent of 22,286m². The warehouse has an internal height of 8m with a FM2 category floor.
