The scope of works of this tender for the Department of Public Works includes the construction of HB houses, single quarters, a sports club and multi-purpose centre amounting to 15,407m² construction work. All buildings were constructed with conventional strip footings, brickwork to superstructures, timber trusses and roof sheeting, with the exception of the multi-purpose facility which is a structural steel structure.
