Brink & Heath merger officially announced

Brink & Heath were officially welcomed to the NMC Group of Companies at a cocktail function held on 8 October 2008 at Cassia Restaurant.

The Brink & Heath acquisition merger is a major milestone in the history of both NMC and Brink & Heath. Both entities are extremely excited about their future together, for NMC this merger allows NMC to participate in the infrastructure spend that government is putting out and to achieve its strategic objectives. It allows both companies to leverage on one another’s networks and to increase their respective brand footprints.

Guest speaker at the event, attended by prominent consulting engineers in the Western Cape, stakeholders in provincial and municipal government, NMC’s partners, family and friends, was well known business personality Mr Tony Phillips.
