Construction of a new retail facility.

The new 8, 000m² facility comprises two blocks of 3, 000m² and 5, 000m² respectively – these are linked by a decorative pergola.

The design by John Conti Group Architects, incorporates the use of glass, steel and aluminium elements creating a modern exterior facade. The project was executed in two phases. Phase 1 allowed for the completion of the building component in December 2009 allowing the tenants, including Wetherleys and Dial A Bed, to trade over the Christmas season. The second phase comprising the siteworks was completed in February 2010.
