Construction of a new retail showroom and warehouse facility.

The new warehouse and showroom for D&A Timbers was completed in August 2010 within a 7 month period. The facility was designed by Cape Town based PMAC and makes provision for warehouse, showroom, office component, refuse room and gate house.

External works comprises 3,895m² a combination of interlocking pavers and tar premix.
