Construction of a new 4, 500m² retail facility in Riverhorse Valley commenced in February 2010. This project is yet another design and construct collaboration between NMC and Thynk Property Fund in Riverhorse Valley Business Park.

The new facility was designed to suit the needs of the tenant, Builders Warehouse – a leader in the DIY retail sector, and provides for a garden centre, tile retail outlet, gas store and coffee shop.

NMC constructed the Builders Warehouse outlets in Sunningdale, North Gate, Somerset West and Constantiaberg in the Western Cape and looks forward to another succesful project for this group.
