Construction of new distribution warehouse

Construction of the new 15, 000m² distribution warehouse for Pearson Education SA was completed within a record 4 month construction programme. The facility comprises of a 400m² office block, 14, 300m² warehouse and 3, 500m² mezzanine. The warehouse reaches an internal clear height of 12m and makes provision for racking and specialised positive air ventilation throughout the building.
