Re-image and extensions to Liberty Wharf Building

The project comprises additions and refurbishments to suit the requirements of auditing firm Grant Thornton:-

The works include; the removal and refurbishment of existing roof structure of 900m² and construction and fit-out of the 8th and 9th floor with a mezzanine level at 9th floor level, extended fit-out of the existing 7th floor, renovations to ground floor entrance area and replacement and extension of two lifts, upgrade of air-conditioning plant and existing services.
