Construction of new Metrology Laboratoryfor UWC Campus
The new Metrology Laboratory for UWC was designed by Blue Print Architects. The design has a light modern exterior facade incorporating double volume curtain walling with aluminium shutters which serve both a functional and aesthetic purpose. The facility provides for a 1,200m² double volume gas testing laboratory encased by mezzanine walkways and offices with adjoining testing stations.
Highly specialised extraction and waste filtration systems address the safety aspect of working with highly toxic, explosive and flammable gases.
