The works for the alterations and additions of three floors to the DPSS Building 44 in Pretoria comprises a concrete and brick structure, ancillary external works and associated service to incorporate new offices, boardrooms, student areas, laboratories and ablution facilities.

The project was procured on tender and will be executed within the NMC/Nebavest 46 JV.
