New workshop and offices

Construction of the 4,324m² office and workshop facility for Scania commenced in February 2010.

This design and build project was executed within the NMC Alliance. The facility houses a 958m² double storey office block and workshop area of 2, 106m² with ancillary buildings which include; a workshop, washbay, stores, environmental station, gate house and refuse room.
