Unity Forum

The NMC Unity Forum is a joint decision making and information sharing forum facilitating open and honest communication at all employee levels. The Unity Forum Structure reflects the diversity of our team and through its members employees are given a voice and the assurance of consistency in policies, procedures and decisions pertaining to employee issues and strategic understanding.

Members are democratically elected and serve a three year term.

Strategic Vision Workshop
