NMC has for many years predominantly operated in the Western Cape, but has in line with its growth strategy increased its geographic footprint to include the Eastern Cape and Kwazulu Natal regions. These two growth nodes generate approximately 15% of construction turnover.

The NMC Coastal Division comprises the company’s Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Kwazulu Natal operations, with each division sharing a commitment to the values of “building trust” and “setting the construction”.

NMC Coastal’s spread of work encompasses larger projects in both the private and public sectors, with a focus on the industrial, retail, commercial and service sectors.
